Lymphedema is a condition that occurs edema mainly in the upper limbs and lower limbs are inhibited lymph flow. The explanation of the conditions before it occurs and early detection of secondary lymphedema after the cancer treatments are particularly important. While not all patients that receive cancer treatment suffer from lymphedema, the condition can be difficult to recover after an initial occurrence. In mild cases, normal lifestyles can be resumed with self-management. In severe cases, lymphedema interferes with lifestyle. Therefore, the early detection of lymphedema and initial treatment in the early stage are important to prevent the symptoms worsening.
